<p>Dr Tom Pousti repaired the breast implants of the patient above. She was unhappy with the hardness and asymmetry of her breast implants. The patient had her previous saline breast implants were removed, internal sutures and capsulorrhaphy were performed, then 400cc silicone-gel breast implants were placed with submuscularly in both breasts made by Mentor Corporation.</p>
